We
require a deposit of £100 (£50 for short breaks) to secure the booking. Payment can be by post with our print Booking Form.

On
receiving your deposit we will send a booking confirmation which notes the
date that your balance is due. The balance is
due one month before your holiday.
The
only extra charge is £15 (per pet) should you wish to bring any.
By sending your deposit you agree to

Terms & Conditions
The
boat must be returned, on time, in a clean undamaged condition.
Prices
include Diesel, Gas, car parking and linen. Car parking is at owner’s risk.
Your boat is comprehensively insured for third party risks. You will only be
held responsible for the first £50 of any claim. Please report any accidents
or boat damage to us immediately.
Your
boat is not insured to cruise after dark.
If
you have to cancel your holiday, please inform us as soon as possible. We
will refund all monies, except £20, providing your cancellation conforms to
any of the conditions listed below. Documentary evidence may be required.
• In the event of: Death, illness, injury or childbirth to any member of the
party listed on the booking form, or any close relative.
• Jury service, overseas posting.
• Fire, storm, flood, or other major incident affecting party members home.
Pets
are welcome; a charge of £15 per pet will be made.
We
supply Duvets & covers, Sheets, Pillows, Pillow cases and Tea Towels free of
charge.
Buoyancy
aids are supplied to all persons under 18 and to non-swimmers. They are also
available on request.
Our
240 volt electricity supply is by 1000 watt inverter run off the battery
system, the power supply is limited both for wattage and time.
This is not a pure sine wave supply, we cannot be held responsible for any
damage caused to computer equipment and personal appliances.
Your
boat is available from 2.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. Your boat has to be
vacated by 10.00 a.m. on your last day.
The
Boat Company cannot be held responsible for any personal injury unless it
results from their proven negligence.
The
Boat Company cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by breakdowns,
stoppages or cruising restrictions.
Persons
persistently refusing to treat the boat/canal/other canal users with due
care and attention will have their holiday terminated. No refund will be
given. |
